Which projects does Brick Bonds currently offer?
We present Naina Infra’s projects in the Braj region: Shree Radhe Divine on the Chhata–Govardhan Road, and Braj Residencies in the Nandgaon–Barsana corridor, for which details will be shared once officially released.
Is the property consultation free?
Speaking with an advisor and understanding a project carries no obligation. We will confirm any applicable charges clearly before you commit to anything.
How do site visits work?
Tell us a preferred date. We confirm a time, share directions and meet you at the site, where an advisor walks the project with you and answers questions on the ground.
How can I find out current prices and availability?
Prices and availability are set by the developer and can change, so we share them directly and in writing at the time of your enquiry rather than publishing figures that may be out of date.
What documents should I check before booking?
The project’s UP RERA registration, the approved layout, land title and revenue records, the price breakdown, the payment schedule and the agreement for sale. We help you obtain these, and we recommend an independent legal review.
Is Brick Bonds the developer?
No. Naina Infra is the developer and is responsible for development, approvals and delivery. Brick Bonds is an independent property advisory and authorised channel partner that helps you understand, visit and purchase its projects.
